Charlotte Mousel Scholarship 2018

This scholarship is given to a 2018 graduating high school senior in honor of Charlotte Mousel who was a Federated Republican Woman that was a leader, not only in her local club, but served at the Division and State level and was also an elected California Offical. She was a woman who loved America and her life revolved around efforts to support and enhance young Republicans. She worked extensively to promote the California Advocacy Program through which hundreds of students learned first-hand how state government operates. Under her guidance, the program became a model for other states' programs.
